We need to comply with the EU AI Act.
The European regulation applies in stages, and you do not yet know exactly what it requires of your company.
What you are experiencing.
- Nobody can say for certain how many uses of AI exist in the company.
- AI features have arrived with updates to software you already use.
- Legal, IT and the business keep passing the question around without anyone owning it.
- You do not know which of your uses might be considered high-risk.
What is really at stake.
The EU AI Act does not target AI in general, but its uses, classified according to the risk they pose to people. Complying therefore means first knowing what AI does in your company, who it affects, and who decides with it or in its place.
It is a mapping exercise before it is a legal one. And it forces choices the company should have made anyway.
How we help.
We list your uses, including those nobody has declared, and place them on the AI Flow Map to see what they decide or influence. Action by action, we set with you the level of autonomy and human oversight, and we document these choices. For legal questions, we work with your advisers: we are not lawyers.
