Why we do research.
We come from research, and it shows in the way we work. Faced with a problem, we form hypotheses, test them, look for where the technologies reach their limits, and say so. When existing answers are not enough, we build others.
That is how the AI Flow Map was born, on the method side. The two pieces of work below are in progress. We are sharing them before they are finished, because the way we do research says a lot about the way we will work with you.

The AI Flow Map is learning to explore on its own.
With our clients’ agreement and under their control, the tool goes through their information system to list as many of the company’s components as possible, then spots how their databases could be linked together.
Workshops no longer start from a blank page, but from a first map that leaders and teams correct, complete and test against their reality. The tool draws up the inventory. It is always the women and men of the company who give it meaning.

A medical AI that leaves the doctor to decide.
We are designing an AI platform dedicated to the medical world. It connects caregivers, medical knowledge, patient data and medical devices, building on existing systems rather than replacing them.
Several specialised medical AIs analyse the same case from the angle of their respective disciplines, compare their hypotheses, and flag contradictions and missing information. The doctor receives structured support, with its reasoning, its references and its uncertainties. The doctor examines, diagnoses and decides, and remains free to accept, modify or set aside each suggestion.
In fields this demanding, keeping people in control is not one principle among others: it is the condition for everything else.
