Our data is neither clean nor well organised. Is that a problem?
No, that is the case in almost every company. Mapping the flows shows precisely which data really matters. We start with that data, without waiting for a major clean-up.
Are we too small for this kind of approach?
The approach adapts to the size of the organisation. A smaller company often has fewer flows and faster decisions: the map is built more quickly, and the effects show sooner.
When will we see the first results?
The diagnosis already produces some: a shared view of your organisation and clear priorities. The first uses of AI are then tested on a small scale before committing further.
Do we have to change our current tools and software?
Rarely. We keep what works and only develop what really needs to be developed. The tool adapts to your company, never the other way round.
What happens to our data during and after the assignment?
It is protected by design, not as an afterthought. Nothing goes anywhere without you knowing where, why and on what terms.
Can you work with our current suppliers?
Yes. We can lead your teams, your supplier’s teams, or put together a team with our partners. Either way, you keep the same point of contact.
Are you tied to a software vendor or an AI provider?
No. We choose each technology for its relevance, not out of habit or because of a commercial agreement. We have nothing to sell you but the right answer.
Our teams are worried about AI arriving. How do we involve them?
They are at the heart of the approach from the very first workshop, because they are the ones who know how the company really works. And we make sure they understand their tools well enough to stay in control.
What does the European AI regulation require of us?
The EU AI Act classifies uses of AI according to their level of risk and, for some of them, requires human oversight in particular. The autonomy dial we set action by action helps you know where you stand and document it. We are not lawyers: for legal questions, we work with your advisers.
What if AI is not the right answer?
We tell you so, even if that ends the assignment. Sometimes the right answer is a redesigned organisation, a simplified process or a simpler tool.
