Before transforming your organisation, you have to see it as it really works.

The AI Flow Map makes visible the flows, connections and vulnerabilities that keep your company running.

It all happens in the connections.

AI Flow Map

The AI Flow Map represents how your organisation really works: its activities, its resources, its processes, and above all the flows and interdependencies that link them. Because what creates value, like what weakens it, rarely lies in the blocks. It all happens in the connections.

Reading the map

In this example, a supplier flow deteriorates. Customer service weakens, and the effect spreads all the way to customers, teams and management.

Normal flow
The exchanges that work.
Degraded flow
Where it breaks.
Knock-on effect
What the break leads to further along.
Escalation to management
What the leadership ends up seeing.

First, build the map together.

It is not software that would analyse your organisation for you. It is a collaborative tool for thinking and diagnosis, a map we build with your leaders and your business teams, workshop after workshop.

Inspired by design thinking, this approach does something no report does: it confronts perceptions. Leadership and the front line often discover they were not quite seeing the same company. Out of that confrontation comes a shared understanding and, above all, a clear view of the real problems to solve.

Then, put it to the test.

Once the map is drawn up and shared, we put it to the test.

  • What happens if this supplier changes its terms?
  • If this team loses the only person who knows this file?
  • If this data flow dries up?

Scenario after scenario, we identify the blockages, the bottlenecks and the dependencies, and we measure the consequences of a disruption or of degraded operation. In a workshop, we cut a flow on screen and look together at what falls behind it. That beats fifty slides. Because this is where the most common pitfall lies: improving one department while unbalancing its neighbour. The map shows these effects before they happen.

Seen from the inside, the automation succeeds. Seen by customers, the company works no better, or even worse.

Finally, transform on solid ground.

The map helps you understand the present and test how robust it is. The transformation then builds on these findings to imagine other ways of working, deciding and creating value, rooted in the realities on the ground and aligned with your strategic objectives.

Three vulnerabilities that AI brings in.

When AI enters the map, it also brings three new vulnerabilities that the usual dashboards do not see.

  1. A degrading model does not break down.

It keeps producing plausible answers, a little less accurate every month. We attach a measurable signal to these flows: rate of manual rework, share of answers without a source, gap between the gain announced and the gain measured.

  2. You depend on what you do not control.

Model versions, prices and terms of access change without asking your opinion. We make that dependency visible, so the question of a second supplier comes up before the emergency.

  3. Plan B can disappear.

When AI has been doing the work for months, nobody knows how to do it without it any more. It is the most insidious vulnerability. That is why the map tracks a flow nobody else watches: what your teams can still do on their own.
